How do I get a gold medal?
You need to complete the level within a specific Aim Time and matching the minimum number of moves.
How do I know what the Aim Times are?
In the main settings screen, check the 'show aim times and moves' option. This will now show them in-game.
Why are the Aim Times so quick?
They're for after you've already solved the puzzles and don't include thinking time! You need skill to re-arrange the blocks as quickly as possible, sometimes starting them tumbling before you've finished re-arranging everything.
I have an older phone and the game runs really slowly - is there anything I can do?
In the settings screen, which is accessed from the button in the lower left-hand corner of the main menu, there is an option that says 'Prefer graphics quality over performance'. If you uncheck that box, the game should run faster but the graphics engine won't smoothly scale the images. This makes them look more jagged at certain zoom levels. We hope no-one will have to use it, but if you're still desperate for that highscore you can also completely disable all background images for a bit more speed.
I'm having problems downloading, installing, accessing Android Market, or have issues with payments, refunds or Google Checkout in general.
These kinds of questions are to do with Google's services, so you need to speak to them. Please contact the Android Market team through the Android Market Help Centre and user forum.
Why does it sometimes not let me go further than the main menu for a few moments?
This is due to Google's authentication system, which can be a little slow to contact the server. This should only happen once every two weeks or so.
I bought the game, but it's come up with a "Licencing Error" message - what do I do?
Again, this is due to Google's authentication system, which needs to refresh your licence every couple of weeks. Make sure your phone can connect to the internet and that you can access Android Market using the Market Application.
The game keeps crashing, or I think I've found a bug!
We try very hard to provide good quality, stable products but software is invariably more complex than it appears and it's impossible for us to test on all hardware. If you think you've found a bug, we would very much like to hear about it so that we can correct the problem and improve your experience. Please fill in our technical support contact form with as much detail as possible so that we can reproduce the error and see what's causing it.
When is Domino Run coming to iPhone?
