User generated content, Online Services and Privacy
This software allows you to create custom game content. This content is stored on your device. Shiny Egg Studios (SES) takes no responsibility if this content is lost under any circumstances
You can register for Domino Run Online Services where you are required to create a user account consisting of a user name, a password, an author name and your email address. It is your responsibility NOT to share this information with any other person. SES takes the security of these online services very seriously, but is not responsible for any damage that may occur if your account information is used for other services as well.
Registered users can upload created content to Domino Run Online Services. Any uploaded content will become the property of SES and can be deleted or blocked by SES without further notice. Once uploaded this content cannot be deleted by the player. This content can be downloaded by other players. You must not create copies or minor modifications of other users or SES’ content.
SES will not tolerate and therefor remove inappropriate content.
SES may stop the online services without further notice.
Privacy Statement
On server side we protocol all requests such as logins and uploads. This happens to help you and us to investigate any irregularities that might occur and to prevent any misuse of your account.
Your email address is stored to notify you in case anything happens to your account. We do not share this information with third parties. Your email address allows you to recover your login information or to request a new password.
Your chosen author name will be visible to all other users of our online services as soon as you upload any content with your account – so choose your author name carefully.
Your username is only used for logging into the online service and is not visible to the public.
Your password is stored encrypted on our server and cannot be recovered, only a new password can be requested.
SES makes it easy for you to keep your personal information up to date and accurate.
Personal Information from Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of their parents or guardians. For users less than thirteen (13) years of age, your parent or guardian can review the PII that we collect, ask to have it deleted and refuse to allow any further collection or use of such PII.
